As the name suggests Simplicity from Barclaycard sets out to cut through the red tape and headline grabbing offers to give you a card that does one thing better than the rest, a true low rate credit card. Balance transfers are charged at the same rate as as the standard rate but that's almost lower than some other cards have advertised as their special introductory rate in the past.
To apply you must be at least 21, a UK resident and earn a salary of at least £15,000.
