Credit Card Calculator

Use this credit card calculator to estimate how long a balance would take to repay for a given outstanding balance and the amount of interest you would pay over and above the initial balance. You could also use this to say calculate how much the true cost of a purchase would be. If you used a credit card to cover the cost of say a £5000 holiday, you could then work out the true cost if you for instance allocated £400 monthly to repay the credit card.
Outstanding Balance or Cost of Purchase
APR (if shown monthly on statement then multiply that figure by 12)
Minimum Payment (normally 2%)
Minimum Repayable First Month (do not fill this out, automatically calculated)

Total Interest Paid at Minimum Level (Over and Above Original Amount)
